A historical gem in south-west Germany

We merge a variety of worlds – making the choice easy for you. At Le Rossignol, informality, comfort, design and hospitality culture are united under one roof.

Five spacious apartments and three guesthouses, an enclosed Provençal garden with outdoor pool and stunning views, the Petit Salon with its library, get-togethers in the communal kitchen, fine wines in La Cave or cosy evenings by the Feuerring.
At Le Rossignol you will experience the very definition of mindful and relaxing travel.

We call this wonderful attitude to life “savoir-vivre” and it begins as soon as you set foot in our inner courtyard.

A home with soul and character

We have channelled all our passion and energy into Le Rossignol, whose transformation bears our personal signature. It epitomises everything that is important to us as hosts. In order to preserve the character of the listed building, we have carefully renovated the existing structure with a great deal of love and patience. However, our fondness for modern architecture and good, timeless design is also distinctly apparent.

The two-hundred-year-old history of the farmhouse and its warm and natural Mediterranean aesthetics are inspirational. Old cooper’s tools, household objects and beautiful decorative pieces have been brought to life, enriching the modern interior and firmly anchoring the old estate in the present day with style and authenticity.

Exceptional stylish accommodation

Modern hospitality and heritage

Le Rossignol is an oasis of well-being. We believe in a culture of hospitality that comes from the heart and in the sharing of memorable experiences.

It does not take much to create special moments. It is simply a question of enjoying the luxury of simplicity and focussing on the essentials. This is our philosophy along with a Mediterranean style of living.

Offering a mix of communal spaces and private areas, Le Rossignol is rich in variety and charm. You have the leisure to decide if you want to socialise or relax in peace with a good book. That is the kind of casual informality we want you to enjoy.
