Relax

Le Rossignol has a number of special spots in which you can relax and unwind. Every level of our spacious property is a refuge: discover our beautiful courtyard, the pool area and its lounge zone as well as our outdoor fire pit.
You are welcome to take the tables, chairs and lounge chairs to any spot that suits you best as your favourite sanctuary.

Patio garden

Our enchanting, sheltered inner courtyard lies at the heart of the property. Like in southern regions, it forms the centre of our complex, and all the living areas open onto it. Our Mediterranean plants thrive in the patio garden. Here you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and engage in friendly conversation at any time of day. And La Cuisine, Le Petit Salon and La Cave wine cellar are just a few steps away, so you can savour a few culinary treats while enjoying a delicious cappuccino or an exquisite glass of wine.

Outdoor pool and sun deck

Our pool area and lounge zone are the ideal spot for an invigorating dip. In warm weather, a refreshing swim to the sound of early morning birdsong is always a rewarding experience. And after a wonderful day out, our 9-metre-long pool provides a welcome opportunity to cool off. The comfortable sun loungers and lounge chairs then beckon you to savour the experience to the full. Enjoying a sundowner cocktail by the pool in the evening is simply a must. Our pool season runs from April to mid-October so that you can top up on vitamin D all day long.

Fire pit

A ground-level fire is always spectacular. It creates a cosy atmosphere and is wonderfully sociable as well as deeply romantic. That is why we have reserved a place of honour for our Feuerring – the original. This unique piece by Swiss steel sculptor Andreas Reichlin is an art object, barbecue and fire pit all in one. It is no surprise that we like to invite our guests to join us in the evening around the “Luna” made of untreated steel. From here, you will enjoy more than a view of the property and its beautiful surroundings, as flickering flames of the Luna animate the old quarry stone walls. A pure moment of archaism.
